Our insulated platterboxes are made from high-quality, BPA free, food-safe materials. They are designed to be sturdy, reusable, and easy to clean.

Handwashing with warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge is best. The high heat & harsh detergents used in dishwashers can damage the platterbox.

Once you click Check Out, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly sent products ONLY. Exchanges for unwanted items, are not accepted. Items that are damaged due to human misuse or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund. The pan is made from stainless steel therefore it can withstand temperatures of up to 220 Degrees Celsius or 425 Fahrenheit. When using the stainless steel tray for hot food, ensure it is not scalding hot before placing it in the platterbox. We recommend waiting for about 10 minutes before doing so. In addition when using the platterbox for hot food, the icepacks need to be removed.
